The People Who Mean The Most...
When you look at your life, the greatest happinesses are family happinesses. -Joyce Brothers
My parents divorced when I was very young but they still mean more to me than anything. My mom recently moved to a small town, Manchester from where we used to live in Clifton Springs but still works at teaching at the Elementary School in Clifton Springs. My dad lives in Auburn, New York in a house that he had built not too long ago. Before this house, he lived right next door, so he didn’t go far. He works in Seneca Falls at a high school called Mynderse Academy as a physical education teacher and coaches football for a high school called Weedsport. I spent the majority of time with my mom because that is where I went to school, and it is hard because they live about 45 minutes away from each other. My relationship is still strong with my dad and I don’t know what I would do without him. I have one older brother, Jake, who currently is a junior at SUNY Fredonia, near Buffalo New York. My brother and I have always been close and had a strong relationship with each other. Even though we both are now at college and I don’t see him much, we still have a good relationship and talk with each other often. I have 2 aunts and 2 uncles and nine cousins. I only have 2 girl cousins who live in Florida so I don’t see them really at all, but they are obviously my favorite cousins because they are girls, duh. I have strong relationships with my family and I’m glad I do because I don’t know where I would be without every single one of them.
