A Little About Me...
My name is Marki Michaels and I am currently a freshman here at Elmira College. I am a business major with a concentration in management. Being a freshman, I did not know what to expect when coming to Elmira College, but I have enjoyed every minute of it.From the friendships I’ve made to being a part of the EC Women’s Lacrosse team, I can say that I am just starting my journey here at Elmira and can’t wait to see what the future has in store.
Treman Gorge Climbing
As a class, we had to go to the Treman State Park in Ithaca and climb the gorge. It was about 2.5 miles...tiring miles. It was pretty much uphill the entire way except for some which was flat or downhill a bit. We walked along the side of the slow part of the water/waterfall untill we finally reached where the BIG waterfall was and started from. Let's just say there were A LOT of stairs and climbing to do. I did enjoy the trip though more than I thought I would.
