Even though Beverly enjoys her job at Elmira College and likes working with the college students, she would like to move on to another job. The reason for this is because Beverly dislikes the weather in this area and would like to move down south to Atlanta. Beverly will still work in food services because that is her favorite type of job to have.

Beverly will be somewhat upset to leave this job beause of some of the good things and benefits of this job. She feels that this job is a good job and she likes what she does. When people come up to her and compliment her for a great meal after a banquet or brunch, she feels good and proud of herself.
