Successful Interview

Listening is the most important thing.

Listen to both your audience and person you are interviewing.

Body Language; point your body toward the person to whom you are speaking.

Look them in the eye.

Use nonverbal encouragement

Make the person you are interviewing feel comfortable

Show concern

Be confident

Do not get intimidated… this will become easier with experience

Write things down if you need to

"Be strong look them in the eye and shake hands like a man, show them you are not backing down."

Never feel inferior because of your sex, some people may make take you less serious or talk down to you, but work hard and get their attention, and never back down.
