Chris Tilberis's Personal Page
I was born in London, England and lived there till I was 7, when I moved to New York City. It was there were I started to love sports. From the time that I can remember I was going to the park to play soccer with my brother and father. Soccer was the first sport that I ever played and it is the one that I enjoy to watch and play the most. My favorite team to watch on T.V is Arsenal, they are one of the top teams in the English Premier League. Besides soccer the only other sport that I played in London was Tennis. When moving to America I started to develop the love for baseball, basketball, golf, football and continue to pursue tennis.
Sports in my family has been a huge part of everyday activities, whether it was going to the park and playing them with friends and family, to attending live games with my family from basketball to baseball or if it was just sitting at home and supporting any New York team. In high school I played varsity soccer and baseball for three years and two years of varsity basketball. During the summers I would play in tennis tournaments out in Long Island as well as teaching tennis to younger children. Another activity I enjoy doing mostly during the summer is golf with my friends on a somewhat regular basis. Now that I am at Elmira College I play both Varsity Tennis and Varsity Soccer. Besides playing sports I also enjoy spending time with my friends and just hanging out, and being myself. I really enjoy being in a social environment and meeting new people at the same.
