Greetings and welcome to my webpage: I’m the Executive Director of Teacher Education and the Charles Dana Professor of Education at Elmira College. Some of my responsibilities are administering all the teacher certification programs, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, serving as the chapter counselor to Kappa Delta Pi, an international honor society in education, faculty advisor to Elmira College’s Equestrian Club and Team, and class patron saint. In addition to publishing, I have given presentations in the United States as well as in Asia, the Bahamas, the Caribbean, Canada, Eastern and Western Europe, and South America. I earned my B.A., M.Ed. and Ed.D. degrees from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and have taught at both the elementary and middle-school levels.
Having worked at Elmira College for many years, I continue to grow and learn in a stimulating academic community of students and colleagues adjacent to the bucolic Finger Lakes Region of New York. Again, welcome to my webpage and enjoy your visit.
