Laura has been a member of Handwork for about 6 years. Handwork is a craft store that is located in the Ithaca Commons. Only a select few are members of this craft store. "There is only space for a limited number of potters. I heard that someone was leaving and I knew a couple of people who were members there and they asked me if I would be interested. My work didn't directly compete with anyone else's so it was okay for me to join."
