Randee Paufve received a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Elmira College in 1984 and an M.A. in Dance from State University of New York College at Brockport in 1988. She has been choreographing, performing and teaching dance in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1988 at which time she created Randee Paufve/Dance Solo. The Zellerback family fund and other Bay area venues have co-produced her work. She has been a member of Nancy Karp+Dancers since 1989. Randee has received commissions from San Francisco School of the Arts, Cal State Hayward and individual artists, and has toured in Czechoslaovakia and the Pacific Northwest. Currently, Randee teaches on the faculty of Shawl/Anderson Dance Center (Berkeley) and California State University at Hayward and is a certified instructor in the Pilates method. Randee recently performed at Elmira College on March 7th and 8th, 1997.
