I was interviewed about my interest in entomophagy (the eating of insects) as part of New Hampshire Public Radio's "Word of Mouth" show. Go to Word of Mouth for September 29th, 2010 and click the Listen button for that page. My interview starts 14:15 in. You can also jump directly to interview.

The Wall Street Journal article "Would You Like Flies With That? Bug Eaters Try to Get Some Buzz" covers my passion for educating and enlightening people on entomophagy. Click the interactive Video tab at the top of the page to watch a live interview of me titled "Bugs--They're What's for Dinner". The annotated Slideshow shows a smorgasbord of gourmet bug dishes including my famous waxworm fritters.

Last May I was interviewed on WSKG - Elmira/Corning/Ithaca Public Radio (FM 91.1) on the program Out of Bounds that covers teaching philosophy as professor at Elmira College, my work as an artist and my Holocaust Reasearch and Presentations.
