What identifies a job as "Women's Work"?

While women are no longer formally excluded from occupations, most men and women continue to work in jobs that employ mostly men or women -- not both in equal numbers.





Stereotypes that women are better able to perform certain work reinforce this segregation, as does men's refusal to perform what our society identifies as "women's work."
