Laura's Creativity

"I think it is pretty easy to set yourself up to not be creative. People put all these walls around them and all these expectations, and they get really worried how something is going to come out. That can really bend your creativity. Trying to get into a place where your creativity can really flourish is more of a challenge, especially the way the world is today. People think, 'I have to make things sell, I have to pay the bills.' You really need to be able to set those things aside and not be concerned with how it is going to come out. You need to be willing to experiment and take some risks."

"I think everyone can be creative, so I do not think it is a special kind of skill.

It is something where you have to

sit down and be willing to take chances and play around.

When you have fun, your creativity kind of comes out."
