Hobbies and Interests

Although most of Sylvia's time is consumed by working-out and nutrition, she does have hobbies. Most of her hobbies pertain to physical activities such as kayaking. Sylvia and her second husband also enjoy attending Jeep Jamborees together, as they both own Jeeps. Like almost all women, Sylvia loves to shop. Her favorite movies are movies with female heroes or foreign movies which showcase females doing their own stunts. However, her greatest pleasure comes from spending time with her husband and children.
