"Failure is not an option"

This is the motto by which Sylvia lives. From a stay-at-home mom, Sylvia began her bodybuilding career at the age of 36 and succeeded as the New York State Champion. Her story gives inspiration to all women of any age to achieve their dreams and only expect the best out of themselves. She is now a personal trainer at an all-women’s gym where she continually encourages women to set goals and accomplish their dreams.
