Softball

I first started with this sport when I was in 1st grade in Washington state. Out there I played for a T-ball league which first developed my interest in the sport. When we moved to Vermont was the first time I every played softball (no t's allowed). My best friend and I joined the team together, and when she decided not to play anymore I continued with the sport. Once again all through middle school I played, and I even continued in high school. Most of the cheerleaders that I cheered with in high school also played softball for our school. So i decided to continue playing in high school. My sophomore year I became the captain of the junior varsity squad and was also a 'swinger' which meant I sometimes played on varsity. When I changed high schools as a junior I decided to no longer play the sport and do not keep much ties to it as of now.
