Family, You're nowhere without it!


My family is the reason I was able to do everything! They have been a huge part of my backbone for as long as I can remember. From day one of competing both my mom and dad, Terri and Craig, have been there cheering me on. They have also been there for my brother,Taylor aka Bubba, the hockey and baseball star, as well as my cousin Courtney aka Kennedy, (whose legal guardian they are) the amazing field hockey player. We were lucky enough to be introduced to a variety of sports and then be able to continue to perfect our skill. My parents did everything they had to do allow us to participate in our sports. At one point both of them even had second jobs.

My parents were both athletes in high school. My mom danced, performed in gymnastics, and cheered, while my dad played basketball, and baseball. It was also because of my dads enthusiasm for Boston sports that I now love all sports. He even had me try to play town sports like soccer, t -ball, and, softball until I was ten. However, none of these sports were for me. I liked watching them, but not playing them. When they realized none of these sports were for me, they put me in gymnastics. I loved it! It was my thing!
