Getting to know Kim Insalaco

Kim Insalaco, World Champion and Olmypic Bronze Medalist for the 2006 US Women's Olypmic Team, is considered a local hero and leader in the Upstate New York region. Our group was fortunate enough to get the opportunity to interview her in her family home in Rochester, New York. This website takes a glimpse into the life of Kim Insalaco, acknowledging her for her personal and career accomplishments thus far. There are various images, videos clips, and quotes available to inspire fellow female athletes in the pursuit of their personal dreams and aspirations including Kim's motto “Do what you love. No matter what. No matter how hard it gets and no matter what kind of struggle is put on you in terms of financial, emotional and physical. You know it’s going to be hard but do it anyway and push through and keep doing it because you love it. It’s a follow your heart type thing but don’t ignore it if it gets hard”.
