Judith Wolstenholme
Female Lacrosse Player

Year Inducted: 1996

Judith began her Lacrosse career at Ursinus College; she was first team All American for two years and a reserve for one.  There she was the field hockey and lacrosse team captain her senior year.

She was selected for the Philadelphia Sectional first team from 1963-74.  She played for the Philadelphia Red Shirts from 1965-75.

She also was a U.S. first team player for nine years.

While still playing, she coached at Conestoga High School from 1966 to 1968.  Then she coached the West Chester University freshmen team from 1969-73 and the varsity from 1974-75.

Besides coaching and playing she also was an umpire since 1970.  She has officiated the World Cup in 1982 and 86.  She has been to more then ten Division I Championships.  Officiated for every international team that has toured the U.S. from 1980-94.  She was umpire of the year in Philadelphia in 1984, 1989-90.

She has been on countless national and international committees.  Also, she has worked in many player and umpire clinics since 1966.
